The RECOURSE at Lilac Springs

Established in 2003, the RECOURSE at Lilac Springs offers services in a beautiful setting that supports its primary mission:
To provide an atmosphere, environment and services that help an individual reintegrate psychologically and physically after they have become disintegrated by trauma, sickness or disease. In so doing, we understand and accept that many life challenges cannot be overcome or lessened, and the course of many ailments cannot be altered, cured or placed into remission or reversed.:

The RECOURSE is dedicated to providing safety, solace, support, understanding and acceptance to those trying to find meaning and understand, a life challenge, life crisis and/or life-threatening circumstances.

We believe that:

• each person deals with a life challenge uniquely
• each has a innately creative ability to do so
• while a state of contentment sometimes lends itself to fostering creativity, and a calm mind and body can enhance creativity, adversity, too, can be a catalyst for creativity.

• equine facilitated

We Offer:

• palliative services that are designed to lessen the physical and psychological upset that often accompany a diagnosis an/or treatment;
• the hope that all problems can be handled well and with dignity;
• methods for psychological, spiritual, physical, emotional and social
  re-integration.

Each practitioner is experienced and trained in their areas of specialty. Feel free to discuss with them their understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the approaches they utilize.
